Thanks for the tips Daniel! Unfortunately a quick test shows my ISP does not
have the proxy module running. Framing the entire site is an option but I
hate sites you can't bookmark.

Does anyone know what Gonzalo was referring to in this post:

> You can run xsp and making it listen on a port known to cgi-wrapper.
> Then forward the requests.

If I can't get to the bottom of this I'll go with a redirect of my homepage
to a high port Apache server. Do many firewalls block high TCP ports? Would
a set of people have problems getting to http://www.foo.com:8000/?

If the free (to use, not an open source project) WebApp I am working on
takes off I'll look at Mono ASP.NET capable ISPs like www.cityhost.ca or
perhaps, gag, an IIS ISP.

Thanks,
-Mike
