Hello, just did a semi-successful source install of mono, gtk#, gecko#
and related. In trying to run Gtk# programs I get this:
WARNING **: Could not fin d assembly gtk-sharp, references from ...
My question is how do I add gtk# to the gac? The readme in the gtk#
source makes no mention and I think that's where I've gone wrong.
Interestingly enough, Monodevelop works, and I was under the
impression it was a Gtk# application.
I did gacutil -l and I see that several things aren't listed. Here's
what I have:
$ gacutil -l
The following assemblies are installed into the GAC:

I'm kind of surprised to see a few things there (namely the ByteFx and
Ibm.Data.Db2... I started out doing an alien install of the rpm
packages (I'm using ubuntu - debian based) but backed all that stuff
out.
Thanks for any help.
