We run a number of ASP.net applications at www.cityhost.ca, across
multiple domains, and with the workaround to bug #50049 they all run
quite well. Joseph Hill has a number of community ASP.net applications
running at www.gotmono.net right now as well. As Joshua mentioned, you
currently have to restart your Mono applications when assemblies are
rebuilt, but you can easily script your way around this.

I tried to document a number of potential pitfalls (as well as some
tricks) at:

http://www.gotmono.net/tutorials/mod-mono-howto.html

This How-To is quite young, but I will be keeping it up to date as Mono
progresses and suggestions roll in. I would love to hear any input you
may have as a new mod_mono/XSP user.
