[Mono-list] Where is mono-all?

How is it failing?   Can you post that?

We removed the mono-all.zip because it caused too many questions, people
would blindly do `rpm -i *' and they would get furious because Mono
`required apache to be installed' (not true: they need apache if they
want to install mod_mono).

So we figured we would reduce some pain.
