[Mono-list] help with MySqlParameter

It didn't get broken.  It got replaced by the ? syntax.  You can use the old
@ syntax by specifying oldsyntax=yes on your connection string.

Yes,

The @ char used to work, but got broken in a recent build.
(It used to work for me in the old bytefx drivers)
