[Mono-list] mod_mono 1.04 on Apache 1.3x

Add a 'Include mod_mono.conf' at the end of httpd.conf. Not that the
actual path you write there might be conf/mod_mono.conf or something
similar. Once the module is loaded, if 'ServerSignature On' is present
in your configuration file, you will see mod_mono in the 'Server' header
returned from apache (and xsp should be run by the module).
