[Mono-list] cs2008 no files to complie problem

Hi, I started monodevelop today, and hit the run button, I get:

No files to compile were specified(CS2008)

This just happened, and I cant see where to change what files
monodevelop thinks need to be compiled, other than in the project
options, and all files are ticked there...

Any clues?
