[Mono-list] Monio Bets1 Testing on Mandrake 9.2

The code that is being called is the iTextSharp component it can be 
found at http://sourceforge.net/projects/itextsharp/ but is has not 
changed and the code that was running correctly, under Mono 0.31, no 
longer works under Mono 0.91.

The error I get is assouciated with the fonts being loaded.

"Encoding name `windows-1252' not supported"
