[Mono-list] XmlSerializer

Thanx Lluis and Tum (from dotgnu)  and David from SourceID.
I've cached the XmlSerializer when the website starts up, and I just lo=
ck
the object before I serialize every time.
Did a load test on it yesterday and it seems to work great.
