It's a problem with web interface emails. When I reply to posts using 
Hotmail's web interface, a new thread is created, but when I reply using 
Evolution (when I'm at home) the message is attached to the right thread. In 
fact, this email may start a new thread as I'm at work using the web 
interface.

I'm able to use Evolution with my Hotmail account thanks to hotwayd.
