[Mono-list] Monodoc

Monodoc runs fine on my Red Hat 9 box installed from latest Red Carpet RPMs.
The previous version of Monodoc would not run until I installed several
other RPMs, but I don't remember which ones I was missing. It's probably a
Gtk package or something similar. My guess is that you don't have something
installed that Monodoc needs.
