[Mono-list] Ximian Desktop not downloading Mono

	The new packages did not show up as an update for me (I had mono already 
installed via red-carpet).   So I had to manually uninstall the current mono 
and then manually install all the new packages, making sure not to try to 
accidentally re-install the old.
