Old?  0.31 is in Fink unstable in both the 10.2-gcc3.3 and 10.3 trees... 
  If you don't see that, you're probably on 10.2 but don't have the 
August GCC 3.3 updater installed (or need to run 
/sw/lib/fink/postinstall.pl to let fink discover the new compiler stuff 
and switch trees).
