With CVS, the GC is kicking-in, and things are getting released (I am
allocating a larger object than you are, and also renamed `Finalizer' to
use the destructor syntax, you should not try to guess what the compiler
does).

The memory use stays reasonably bound, but the finalizer is in fact not
being called.
