I use cygwin to compile mono-0.30.2. The way is from http://dotnetjunkies.com/WebLog/kaushik/archive/2004/02/29/8124.aspx http://lists.ximian.com/archives/public/mono-list/2002-April/005042.html when I run mono, the system get an error "can't find PSAPI.dll". Why does mono still need PSAPI.dll?
