odd... i installed the rpms as released by the mono team for FC2 and
they worked perfectly.  How did you install them?

For what it's worth... i added the FC2 Mono yum repository to my
/etc/yum.conf and then ran yum install mono-complete... i haven't
noticed any problems using this approach.
