[Mono-list] Mono embedding on Win32?

Cygwin is used for a build envionment. The end result is a true Win32
executable and does not need Cygwin.

Thanks for the suggestion.
One of the specific requirements of my request was Win32
everything, not Cygwin, though. Is this possible? How does
Mono for Win32 get built?
