[Mono-list] No libgdiplus-devel in Beta 3

Hi,

I just noticed that the libgdiplus-devel package is missing from the
Beta3 packages.  It is in Betas 1 and 2.  And its causing some minor
problems with the yum repositories for me on both Fedora Core 1 and
Fedora Core 2.

For FC2 yum reported about an unsatisfied dependency by libgdiplus-devel
on libgdiplus = 0.8

For FC1 yum errors out while trying to get
libgdiplus-devel-0.9-1.ximian.7.0.i386.rpm (404: Not Found)

Both errors can be worked around by uninstalling the libgdiplus-devel
package before doing a "yum update".

What's up with that package?
