[Mono-list] What happened to monostyle?

Hi mono-list,

I just built Mono beta 3 and was poking around to see what was new. I 
ran into the monostyle man page. I was unable to locate the binary for 
monostyle. The default Debian testing installation of Mono (0.30.2-1) 
still included this binary.

According to the tarball the man page hasn't been touched in a while.

What happened to monostyle? If it has been removed from Mono the man 
page should be removed as well.
