[Mono-list] Preview packages for windows?

Do you still plan on producing the 2.0 preview compiler installer for 
Windows?

If not, is there a way to install it manually? Presumably I would need 
gmcs.exe and a bunch of 2.0-profile dlls in my GAC - perhaps I could 
download all those things separately and gacutil them into place?
