[Mono-list] Publishing MonoDoc artifacts on the web...

Hi all,

We are publishing our Gekkota project (http://gekkota.agamura.com)
as open source at Novell Forge, and we are using monodoc to
produce the SDK documentation...

Well, my question is: What's the easiest and fastest way to
publish monodoc artifacts on the web? Eventually, where can
I get this info?

Some time ago, Miguel told me that I should copy the browser/web
directory and adjust the index.html file as needed... but
index.html just contains

<html>
  <head>
    <title>Mono Documentation</title>
  </head>

  <frameset cols="20%,80%">
    <frame src="monodoc.ashx?tree=boot">
    <frame src="monodoc.ashx?link=root:" name="content">
  </frameset>
</html>

So, giving the files gekkota.source, gekkota.tree, and
gekkota.zip, which steps are required to let mod_mono
serve the SDK documentation?

I think this is of interest for the whole community...

Thanks,
j3d.
