[Mono-list] can't unzip mono-all.zip

I downloaded mono-all.zip from:

http://www.go-mono.com/archive/beta2/redhat-9-i386/

and when I run unzip mono-all.zip

I get this:

Archive: mono-all.zip
  End-of-central-directory signature not found.  Either this file is not
  a zipfile, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part archive.  In the
  latter case the central directory and zipfile comment will be found on
  the last disk(s) of this archive.
unzip:  cannot find zipfile directory in one of mono-all.zip or
        mono-all.zip.zip, and cannot find mono-all.zip.ZIP, period.


I have deleted and downloaded this file many times (to make sure it's not 
getting corrupted).

I'm running RedHat 9.0

any ideas?   I really don't want to download each individual file. :(
