[Mono-list] patch to make IEWebControls TreeView work with IEand opera

I did nothing special to make them work (I use the current version from 
cvs),
just downloaded the package from Microsoft, compiled it with vs.net2003 
and copied the directory to our linux box.
I had to rename some files in the webctrl_client directory to overcome 
the common windows/linux filename issues.
But I can't tell about the other controls, as I don't use them.
