[Mono-list] Strange MonoDevelop windowing issue

Tried it, still no good. Any other ideas? Does MD store configuration 
anywhere other than ~/.config/MonoDevelop? I tried reinstalling (I'm on 
gentoo, so 'emerge --unmerge' then 'emerge' again, but the problem 
persists.

This is really annoying. Hopefully someone can give me a clue.
