System.EnterpriseServices is unsupported and largely (entirely?)
unimplemented at this time.  And won't be supported until someone
contributes support (hint, hint).

I suspect that distributed transactions are in the same boat, at least
until Indigo comes out (and is subsequently supported by Mono, whenever
that occurs).
