[Mono-list] Combined Mono/GTK#/XSP Win32 Installer

I have put together a Combined Mono/GTK#/XSP Win32 installation package 
with the help of the community.  Please read the Release Notes:

I hope this installer will help Windows .NET programmers that want to 
get started with Mono 1.0, GTK# and XSP without having to reach for a 
different OS that may not be available to them yet.  Personally, I 
needed such a combined installer to further other Mono related 
development efforts like the associated Visual Studio .NET Add-in and 
the MonoDevelop project export capabilities that I owe.

But the leaders of the Mono project may decide what other locations me 
be prudent (if any).

I appreciate everyones support for this and hope it does justice to the 
great release that the Mono community and Novell have provided us with 
Mono 1.0.

for the work they have done on their respective installers which served 
as the bases for my installer rendition.
