I read both.
Does Qt.dll exist in /usr/local/lib? Is your version of Mono configured to
look in /usr/local/lib or just /usr/lib? If Mono is installed in the /usr
prefix, I'm not sure whether it will look in /usr/local/lib by default. You
can use the MONO_PATH to set where the runtime looks for libs. See the mono
manpage.
