Thanks. Maybe it would be worth modifying the installer to prevent
installation on 10.2 if it isn't fixable. I think 10.2 is worth
supporting (and of course 10.4 is on the way); I imagine many Mac users
simply stay with what came on their machine when they bought it. So
while it is OK-ish to require the latest update for developers, it
doesn't really work for deployment.
