[Mono-list] System.Data namespace not visible in monodevelop

I sorted the problem out... Maybe this is something the developers want =
to have a look at: when you create a new project the Add References =
option is not immediately available in the Project View tab unless you =
first attempt to add a folder to your project.
Also, is there any way I could set the IDE so that new projects have =
default references to frequently used System assembles?
