[Mono-list] Mono 0.30 preview

When doing make test on Windows, I get:

make: *** No rule to make target
`Test\Microsoft.VisualBasic\CollectionTest.cs',
 needed by `../../build/deps/Microsoft.VisualBasic_test.dll.stamp'.  Stop.

    The first preview in a series for the Mono 0.30 release is available
here:

    We are just looking for obvious problems and mistakes that might be
in there.  We are hoping to make a release early next week.  Please
report any compilation problems in your platform.
