[Mono-list] FileSystemWatcher() problem ..??

How would one go about to create these classes?

I found on freshmeat that there is a kernel module ( only 2.4 )
that detects changes in the filesystem.
( http://www.bangstate.com/changedfiles/ )

should a wrapper of c# code be written around this kernel module?
the wrapper should than be conform the MS API.

But what about windows version of these classes?

I am very new to this all so i have no experience.
