Am glad to hear that you want to help :) Even if you cannot write 
Japanese so much yet, you can still help. You can read the translation 
pages and optionally comparing with original pages, and if you have any 
questions on reading them, please tell me, or - yesterday I just opened 
novell forge's mailing list, so it would be also nice to post there.

Don't worry about your Japanese ... I have similar problem on my English 
and I'm still here ;-)
