[Mono-list] IDE for mono/linux

Though I would rather promote VIM, for people wanting
to keep a windows feel (common key bindings), how
about Scite. It features a syntax highliting, standard
key bindings, runs on windows and linux, multiple
buffers, scripting and is lighweight.
