[Mono-list] ASP.NET App breaks with Mono 0.30

Remove the references to Mono.Http from web.config or use
'Mono.Http.Modules.AcceptEncodingModule'. That Type moved to another
namespace.

What does this Type do?

I was not to the best of my knowlwdge using it before, none of my code uses the Mono.Http namespace, so why did it work before?
