[Mono-list] IMessageFilter Exists?

I'm trying to port a very Windows-specific application to Linux, and it
depends on IMessageFilter to work with another application (which I plan
to run in WINE).  IMessageFilter doesn't seem to be implemented.  Does
it just need to be done, still?  What's the deal?
