I just uploaded packages for libpixman (Cairo dependency) and 5 perl
modules (gtk-sharp-gapi dependencies). With those packages, the set of
packages listed on the web page should include all non-standard
dependencies (that is, excluding things like glib2 and pkg-config, which
you should get from your distribution)

If you still have any unsatisfied dependencies, please let me know.
Also, you can always use Red Carpet for installing packages, the
dependencies are always complete there.
