[Mono-list] mono 0.30 and win2k

Ok, i found this file in C:\Program files\Microsoft Office\Office10\VS
Runtime\

then copy to C:\Program files\Mono-0.30\bin\

and it's running, but what happend if don't use MSOffice???? where can I
get this file? or why the installer don't have it?
