I've been using Anjuta which can be configured to
handle C# quite well and is fine for small projects

Theres a Linux version of #develop (MonoDevelop) on
the way and if your feeling brave you might be able to
get that working on your system - it uses prereleases
of mono  0.3 (so I havent tried it in case it screws
up my projects) but some people on the mailing list
seem to think its usable.
