[Mono-list] mono on ubuntu linux

The consensus in #monodevelop is to use the official Mono tarballs or
Subversion head rather than .deb packages on Ubuntu, and I agree--I
know from recent experience that you'll save yourself some trouble.
This advice applies equally to warty and hoary.
