[Mono-list] IHttpModules with mod_mono

It is possible I didnt clean out the old mod_mono.
 I figured that when I compiled the new version and did `make install` 
it would overwrite the older version. I will check it out.
I know xsp is the new version as when I run the app using xsp it works 
as expected.
