[Mono-list] 1.1.3 and gmcs

Hi all,

Do I need to do anything special to enable gmcs in 1.1.3? I tried to
clean up my system before installing 1.1.3 and I notice the the
$PREFIX/lib/mono/2.0 directory is no longer created and I didn't seem to
get a gmcs script installed in the bin directory either?

The install seemed to go fine, have I missed something?
