[Mono-list] Mono compilation problem on cygwin - genmdesc

I'm trying to compile Mono under cygwin. but when it comes to generate 
pentium cpu opcode description, tool named genmdesc.exe craches!

What should I do?

I've tryied to debug it but it seem that it hangs out on calling 
"init_table->g_hash_table_new " just at the beggining of it's execution.
