Yes, it is, there's probably just a problem with a /r: flag or a using
declaration or something. Look at /mcs/mbas/driver.cs for an example of
how to use GetOptions, and make sure there's a /r:Mono.GetOptions.dll.
Also see /mcs/mbas/AssemblyInfo.cs; there are assembly-level custom
attributes that GetOptions uses to generate your help text.
I find GetOptions to be very convenient, so I'd encourage using it.
