actualy i create mono.conf with all mono stuff inside and iclude it in
httpd.conf and ssl.conf

    Include conf/xservices.mono.conf

    vhost stuff here

    Include conf/mono.conf

      SSLOptions +StdEnvVars
     Order allow,deny
     Deny from all

 SSLEngine on
 SSLCertificateFile /usr/local/apache2/conf/ssl.crt/server.crt
 SSLCertificateKeyFile /usr/local/apache2/conf/ssl.key/server.key
 SetEnvIf User-Agent ".*MSIE.*" \
         nokeepalive ssl-unclean-shutdown \
         downgrade-1.0 force-response-1.0
