Which version of Fedora Core are you running? The requirements for
gtkhtml3 is the version as provided by the distribution.

You can get the RPM by going to anyone of the many available Fedora
mirror sites out there:

For FC1:
http://download.fedora.us/fedora/fedora/1/i386/RPMS.os/gtkhtml3-3.0.9-5.i386.rpm

For FC2:
http://download.fedora.us/fedora/fedora/2/i386/RPMS.os/gtkhtml3-3.0.10-1.i386.rpm
