[Mono-list] XSP start up

When i start XSP i get an error

could not locate the assembly System.Web/1.0.5000.0
/usr/bin/xsp.exe: unresolved external references


I did a gacutil -l System.Web
The following assemblies are installed into the GAC:
System.Web, Version=1.0.5000.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a
System.Web, Version=2.0.3600.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a
Number of items = 2

it is loaded in the gac.

I even deleted all the .wapi directories and it still did not help.

Any ideas?
