This looks correct. May be adding quotes like:
	Alias /mono "/usr/local/share/doc/xsp/test"
helps (don't remember exactly what was the problem if i didn't use
quotes).

If you still get that error, just remove all the lines in web.config
that are inside <mono.aspnet> and related to acceptEncoding.
