This is caused by the latest changes in the SSL/TLS sources, i was
trying yesterday to contact Francisco Figuerido but without luck (i
jhave lost his email, and the one that is in the npgsql sources doesn't
work, wmails returns back always, i will put the TlsException as public
until he can fix the npgsql sources)
