There are anything new on this issue, the TLS library is working against 
PostgreSQL 7.4 ( Windows + MS.NET + Cygwin ) and with some XMPP servers 
with SSL suport, but my latest test using mono under linux against a 
postgresql 7.4 server on linux too, a week ago, gives the same error,


I'm going to try to make a tests case using the 3DES encryption using 
mono and ms .net, and see if i got correct results, if i have time.
