[Mono-list] Mono Weekly News reopened!

	Hello all!,

	Mono Weekly News have come back after a long long time.
I have developed some tools so they take much less time to be written. 
So there will be no need to rename them to Mono **** News.

	If you want to contribute news items, please try to use the 
mwncontributor or guicontributor tools available for download and 
build at:  http://monoevo.sourceforge.net/mwn/tools/

	Then send them to me so I can add it to the issue.
